Battle Differences

So far you have played a battle against single Pokemon and you have done  tag battles, but are you prepared for a horde of Pokemon. Now in Pokemon X and Y, you can battle horde of Pokemon (up to 5) . Now if you want to catch more than one of the same go to a horde of Pokemon. A new feature for the game is the Sky Battle. In a Sky Battle, you get to battle in the air just like the Flying types. The good thing about it is that you don't have to accept.

Interact with Pokemon

 

 Now you can interact with Pokemon like in the Anime. You can play, scratch, dance, and feed your Pokemon.

New Fairy Type

Pokemon X and Y has released a new type of Pokemon. There is not much data on fairy types but they are super effective against Dragon types. Before, Dragon types used to have two weaknesses, Ice and Dragon, but now there is another weakness! There are also rumors going around that they super effective against Dark types. A perfect example of this is the new form of Eevee, Sylveon. Not much data has been given about Fairy types or Sylveon so stay in tune for more information.   

New Pokemon

There are now new pokemon for X and Y. Fletching is the Japaneese Robin Pokemon and a Normal Flying type Pokemon. He weighs 3.7 lbs. and is 0.3m. tall. Next we have Pancham. he is a fighting type Pokemon and he is the Naughty Pokemon. He weighs 17.6lbs. and is .6m. tall. The next one is Gogoat. he is a grass type Pokemon and the ride Pokemon. He weighs 200.6lbs. and is 1.7 meters tall. The cool thing about this pokemon is that you can ride him in certain cities and he can learn the move horn leach that attacks the opponent and can give half of the HP back. Finally we have Helioptile. He is a normal electric Pokemon and is The Generator Pokemon. He weighs 13.2lbs and is 0.5m. tall. You definately want to catch these Pokemon.

X and Y Legendaries

There are now new legendary Pokemon in Pokemon X and Y. Now there is a new form of Mewtwo and it is named Awekened Mewtwo. I was expecting his name to be Mewthree but oh well. Next we have Xerneas and Yvetal. Xerneas can be caught in Pokemon X and Yvetal can be caught in Pokemon Y. You can tell because Xerneas looks like an X when still and Yveltal looks like a Y when his wings are open. More information about them will be given later once it comes out, but for now just look at the chart.

New Starters

As you can see there are new starters for Pokemon X and Y. The first Pokemon is called Chespin. He is the grass type starter and the Shelled Chestnut Pokemon. The next one is named Fennekin. He is the fire type starter and the Fox Pokemon. Finally we have Froakie. the water starter and the Foam Frog Pokemon. The information for these Pokemon is not clear yet so information will be update later.

Tierno
Tierno is burly and nimble, and his goal is to create a dance team with his Pokémon! He pays close attention to Pokémon when they battle to see he if he can incorporate their actions into new dance moves.

Trevor
